New event : beach resort vacation.
You can upgrade your apartments now.
New gift variation, changes in mechanic for old gifts and bonuses.
new code "nvar131" to make saves from v1.25 compatible with this update. Just ignore all errors after loading old save, press F5 and type code without quotes and press 'OK', then go whatever you like - everything supposed to be fine.
