Not even the young man's feet are spared from the harsh and brutal assault of the strange masked man. Using a paddle, crop and cane the man tortures the young punk's poor tender feet, his muffled, high pitched shrieks fill the room as the man beats his tender soles, pausing periodically to massage and re-tenderize them before continuing with the brutal attack.
