Doctor Madam Cat is trying for years to improve her biomechanical chip which would be implanted into living being's brain and would make the being obedient to her. Finally it worked! Charlie as her last test subject had the chip implanted into prepared slot in his skull and he obeys every word of his mistress. Now what to make him do...?
