It's something that Megan Jones makes all her assistants do and is a requirement for hire. Catherine inquires to what might this possibly be cause she feels that she is more than qualified.

Megan Jones explains that she is a busy woman, running around all day and that in order for her to work, she must have her feet worshiped daily. Catherine is at first appalled but she really wants the job, so she agrees to do it. As a part of her interview, Catherine is forced to worship Megan Jones's heels and bare, sweaty feet.
