Himeros TV - Underwear Sniffing

This week's video is called Underwear Sniffing and it features a Brazilian model named Blessed Boy. And blessed, he is.

Earlier in the year, I worked with a sex coach around the concept of pheromones.

Here's what he said:

First of all, pheromones are a chemical substance produced and released into the environment by an animal, especially a mammal or an insect, affecting the behavior or physiology of others of its species.

For a lot of people, pheromones can have a really erotic effect. It can be a huge turn on.

He recommended an exercise that involves getting an article of clothing from a lover, friend or even a stranger. It could be a t-shirt or jacket - or, something that plays in your fantasies. like socks or underwear.

Take the piece of clothing and breathe in deeply through your nose. Maybe even lay the clothing over your face.

Continue to breathe deeply through your nose and pay attention to what you smell. Imagine that other person - even if you don't know what they look like. Let the scent tease you and turn you on.

With your other hand, explore your body while you continue to breath in their pheromones. Imagine that your hand is guided by this other person, touching the places in your body that crave attention.

This can be a really fun exercise if you have a long distance partner or fuck buddy, but for me. this exercise spoke to a infancy experience involving an athlete, a locker room and jock strap. It's an experience that imprinted strongly on me, and that I recently spoke about during a YouTube video.
