Part 2 picks up where part 1 ended as rachel's brutal foot torture continues. Rachel, still tied to the luggage cart has her bondage adjusted. Her chest harness is retied and to make her predicament tougher, rope is cinched around her ankles and then tied off to the top of the luggage cart, pulling Rachel up on to her tip toes.
