She does as many sets as she can within a 8 minute time frame. Why 8 minutes? Well_That_s just 1 round for ultimate surrender. If you can_t complete 1 round of this real time challenge then you wont_ be able to handle 1 round of US. One set consists of 50 crunches 10 burpee and 20 pushups. Can you beat Wenona? Give it a try!
