The President will seek an ADDITIONAL 755 million for use in the 2017 budget. Cancer is currently the number TWO killer in the US and the White House hopes the aggressive approach will compress at least TEN YEARS of research into half that time. Alphabet is now the most VALUABLE company in the WORLD. The parent company of Google has overtaken Apple to snag the title. It_s worth an estimated 570 billion dollars, versus Apple_s 535 billion. The LAST time Google was at the top was back in 2010, before sales of Apple_s iPhone exploded. Alphabet_s BIGGEST gain came from advertising, with revenue from those annoying pay per click ads up a whopping 31 percent. And US sales of legal marijuana are at an all time HIGH Purchases of government-approved cannabis are up 17 percent, bringing in a record 5 point 5 BILLION dollars in 2015. Adult use sales-as in NOT for medical purposes - saw the biggest growth, rising 184 PERCENT. Currently 4 states allow recreational weed purchases. Another SEVEN are expected to vote on it in 2016.
