Nathaly is a newbie in the gym. Her muscles are weak and she has hired a fitness coach to explain to her all those weird excercise machines there. Their cooperation seems to be faultless but suddenly her coach has to answer a phone call. She tells Nathaly not to do anything and leaves for a couple of minutes. Nathaly is impatient and decides to continue pushing the weight on the bench because nothing can go wrong, right? How wrong she was! She gets exhausted quickly and the 20kg bar is suddenly lying on her chest and she's unable to push it up. She pushes really hard again and again - and it has some consequences but different than Nathaly had planned!
