The stories of two diverse women intertwine. In the first segment, the winner of the prestigious Miss Monde 1984 beauty pageant, the statuesque Miss Canada, finds herself trapped in a downward spiral of degradation and humiliation until her emancipation through the liberating force of liquid chocolate. Then, in the second narrative, murderous Anna Planeta steers her candy-filled boat with the large papier-mache head of Karl Marx on the prow through the canals of Amsterdam, looking for the irresistible delights of flesh, death, and revolution.
