Short Story – Denisa
Denisa finally arrived somewhat delayed in front of our hotel in Prague with a map of Prague in her hand. She apologized a thousand times for the delay – somehow she had gotten on the wrong bus and thus couldn’t find the correct address where we had planned to meet. At first we didn’t even recognize her – she looked so different from what we had expected. But that changed drastically during the trip to downtown. I don’t know how she did it, but within minutes she had changed her make-up and her hairdo (and that during terrible street construction going on)! It was easy to talk to her. And she told us that she primarily had done some “Beauty and Fashion” and “Action Scenes”. This was her first Nude-In-Public shoot and she was excited about the reaction of the people.
For the first shoot we started in a park along the banks of the Moldau. Within a few minutes it was rather obvious that it was not the first time that Denisa was in front of the cameras. She posed and flirted with the camera in a perfect and careless manner.After a while two women observers were following us step by step. They were so enthusiastic about the happenings and didn’t pass up any opportunity to have their photos taken together with Denisa.
The second shoot was to take place in a small green pasture underneath the Petrin Park. But there were so few people there that we soon ended that shoot.Next we went to the old city. Our goal was to walk across the Karl’s Bridge with Denisa. Unfortunately we didn’t get that far. Just before the bridge we noticed the police. Denisa calmly put her dress back on – she didn’t understand our urging! Her comment was: “Police? – Oh – no problem for me!” Denise and I had luck to escape the police. However our cameraman, after arguing with the police, got a ticket anyway.
After a short pause we switched to the opposite bank of the Moldau. At the bank promenade, with a view of the Karl’s Bridge, Denisa was enjoying the evening sun.That was followed by the last shoot in the Old City, where there were only tourist. In the mean time it had gotten to be 8 PM. The people were in a festive mood and found the “naked woman in the city” quite amusing.
If I could describe the shoot with Denisa in a few words: It was spontaneous, refreshing and it was a lot of fun during the shoots. We would like to make further shoots with her at any time and I believe that if we would ask her she would reply that she would definitely love to participate again!!
