Bella is an orange belt she has completed all her training to get her green karate belt and is ready for it. Bella walks in to see Roxie on the karate mats holding her green belt. As Bella reaches out for her new belt Roxie tells her not so fast. First, before Bella receives her green karate belt she must learn the foot smother technique and endure a little abuse from Roxie. Roxie has Bella lay down and sits on top of her bringing her powerful bare karateka feet over Bella's mouth and nose. Bella thrashes finding it hard to breathe as Roxie teaches her the technique. Roxie has plans to teach Bella just right making her grow weak under her karateka feet. Roxie lets up and gives Bella the opportunity to take a breath then crushes Bella's throat with one foot while placing the other over Bella's mouth and nose again, cutting off her breathing. Roxie tortres and dominates Bella, smothering her and foot choking her until she thinks Bella has learned. Roxie instructs Bella to get up that she has earned her green karate belt but Bella is just too weak as she takes time to stand and receive her belt.
