"Now we're going to do some squat exercises," I tell my friend Anne as we workout together outside. She follows alongside me as I instruct her, helping her keep her young body tight and firm. "Now six more," I say as we continuing squatting, but the summer heat gets the best of me and I unexpectedly pass out. It's my fault for not staying hydrated, and Anne panics at the sight of my limp body. She frantically tries to wake me, and when her efforts fail she begins to perform CPR. Her hands pump into my sternum as she does chest compressions, fighting to save my life as I lay unconscious beneath her. She works her hardest to revive me, and when I finally come to she rushes to get me some water. What a good friend!
