If there's one common thread running through 2016 on IFM, it's...coconut oil. Not only Sela, but several other contributors have produced the familiar white bottle from their handbag or bedside drawer this year. It's apparently a safe lubricant for the most sensitive parts, and won't upset the pH or bacterial balance. Too much information?
