Three female friends return from the gym to their flat to be greeted by their male flatmate. He asks them how their workout was, but disappointingly they announce that as the gym was extremely busy they feel a little let down at the fact that they don't feel like they have had enough exercise. He rudely comments that the girls don't actually look like they've done any sort of hard work or toning. With this comment the girls decide that they will fulfil their needs and show their flatmate that they have every intention to complete whatever satisfaction they didn't get from the gym by working up a sweat and continuing their workout on him. They choose that the best way to do this would be with a bit of kick boxing with a difference! So, they get the guy to strip and in turns land him with some full forced kicks to his low hanging exposed balls as payback for his earlier cheekiness. As they continue their exercise on his equipment with trainers and bare feet, they soon realise how much more fun and muscle building this of workout y than the gym...and much better apparatus as well! The more the guy insults their efforts, the more motivated and the harder and faster the girls workout gets and the guy's groans become louder and more frequent. As his nuts become redder, the girls increase intensity with squeezes, slaps, knees, grinds and stomps. It's not long before the guy crumbles to the fact that the girls are taking their fitness regime to the extreme. As he lays in a heap on the floor, the girls happily leave hot, but not bothered!!
