Cheat Menu:
It's hidden, on the home overview screen click above the TV on the border.
You can Add ?100 or Add 25CP to any character.

Bugs fixed:
1. Using brothel at 11pm, going to black screen.
2. Map10.json error
3. Missing Iconset.png error
4. Random Crashes
5. Video playback = Blackscreen on certain systems.
6. Constant loading at startup

8. Extra Picture dumps on end of events to lower memory usage.
