The sneaker company has submitted a 13-year bid worth 200 million dollars to add him to their advertising roster. That roster already includes stars such as Derrick Rose, John Wall, and Andrew Wiggins. Harden_s contract with Nike recently expired, and now Nike will have until the end of next week to match the offer. If it happens, the Adidas contract would make Harden more money than his contract with the Houston Rockets NFL training camp started this week, and just as Houston Texans fans were getting pumped up for a new season, their star running back gets hurt in the very first practice Arian Foster has injured his groin - AGAIN. It seems to happen at some point every season, but THIS year, sources close to Foster believe he_ll need surgery. Early predictions are that he won_t see the playing field until week 8. In other football news, Tom Brady_s Deflategate suspension has had an impact in Vegas. The league_s decision to uphold Brady_s 4-game ban has made the Indianapolis Colts the favorites to win the AFC this year. The Colts - who were the team that brought the Deflategate scandal to the NFL_s attention in the first place - are 8 to 1 to win the conference. But if you think the Patriots are still the team to beat, you_ll never get better value than you will right now. The Super Bowl champs are 10 to 1 to win the conference.Soon the recent FIFA scandal will be commemorated in its very own exhibit... at the Mob Museum The National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement in Las Vegas is prepping a new FIFA showcase. It will include pictures, news articles, and original stories from investigators. Curators say it will provide an eye-opening look into the rampant corruption that plagues soccer_s governing body.
